Live Chat agents can now send multiple files and images to subscribers in a single message. This feature allows agents to select up to 5 files or images at once, streamlining the process of sharing media during live conversations.

When responding to a subscriber in Live Chat, agents can attach and send multiple files or images in one go. Files and images can be sourced from two places:

1. Upload Your File: Upload files directly from your computer into the media modal.
2. Library: Select files or images that are already available in your media library.

⚠️ Note: You can send up to 5 files or images at a time. Files must either already be in the Library or be uploaded individually through the upload modal before sending.

Navigate to the Live Chat section from the left sidebar. Select the conversation you want to respond to, then click the Image or Attachment icon at the bottom of the chat input area.

Option A: Upload files from your computer

In the Select Media modal, use the "Upload Your File" tab to upload files directly from your device. Each file is uploaded individually and will appear in the list below. You can upload up to 5 files at a time.

Option B: Select from the Library

Switch to the "Library" tab to browse and select from previously uploaded media. For images, click on each image to select it (a blue checkmark will appear on selected items). The counter at the bottom shows how many items you have selected (e.g., "5 / 5 selected").

For non-image files (PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, etc.), the Library tab displays file icons. The same selection limit of 5 applies.

After selecting your files or images, click "Save" to attach them. The selected media will appear as thumbnails in the chat input area. Click the "Send" button to deliver all files to the subscriber at once.

Once sent, the files and images will appear in the conversation as individual messages from the agent. Each file is displayed in sequence within the chat thread.
