Let the agent read the order instead of guessing.

Connect your store and the agent can look up an order by number, phone or email, tell the customer where it actually is, and write the status back onto the contact profile.

Setting it up

What connecting looks like.

01

Connect the store

Authorise NewAge from your Shopify admin. You choose what it may read and write.

02

Pick the lookup key

Order number, phone or email. The agent asks for it before it checks anything, which stops most wrong answers.

03

Map the statuses

Translate Shopify statuses into the sentences your customers understand, in your dialect.

04

Decide what is written back

Which fields go onto the contact — order id, status, city — so the next conversation starts informed.

What it unlocks

What the agent can do once it is connected.

Order lookups

Status, fulfilment and tracking, answered in seconds at any hour.

Product questions

Price, variants and availability from the store itself, so nothing is quoted from an outdated screenshot.

Abandoned checkouts

A single follow-up that answers the objection instead of just reminding, then sends the checkout link.

Refunds stay human

The agent gathers the order and the reason, then hands it to a person to approve — never approves it itself.

Good to know

Limits and details worth checking first.

What it isWhat it means for your setup
PermissionsYou grant read access for orders and products, and write access only if you want draft orders or tags created.
Customer matchingA WhatsApp number does not always match the store record. Ask for the order number when the match is not certain.
Multiple storesEach store connects separately; a flow can pick the right one by the channel or a custom field.

Scopes, rate limits and field names are controlled by the provider and change with API versions. Confirm the current documentation before building a flow that depends on a specific field.

Questions

Asked during setup.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Through the External Request node, yes — WooCommerce exposes a REST API that a flow can call the same way.

Can it place an order?

It can prepare a draft order and hand it to your team, which is what most stores prefer for the first months.

What about stock accuracy?

It reads what the store says. If your store data is wrong, the agent will repeat it — fix the source, not the reply.

Connect the store, then read one night of questions.

You will usually find that order status alone is most of the volume — and it is the part the agent handles perfectly.
