The rules of using NewAge AI.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and what your agents say to your customers. Publishing an agent is your decision, not ours.
Acceptable use
No unsolicited bulk messaging, no impersonation, and nothing that violates the rules of the channel platforms you connect. Those platforms can suspend your account independently of us.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Platform fees charged by others, such as Meta’s messaging fees, are separate and not part of your plan.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and publish incidents on the status page. No service is perfect, and channel platforms have their own outages.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time and export your data. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use rules, and we will tell you why.
