Services · Agent setup

Your first agent, built with you — not for you.

A guided build over two weeks: we sit with your content, your channel and your real conversations, and you leave owning a published agent and knowing how to change it yourself.

What happens

Two weeks, four milestones.

01

Content review

We read what you have — price lists, policies, the answers your team repeats — and turn it into a knowledge base the agent can actually retrieve from.

02

Flow and rules

The flow for your main journey, and the handover list: what must always reach a person in your business.

03

Replay and fix

Your real past conversations are run against the draft. Every wrong answer becomes a content or instruction fix, logged.

04

Publish and train your team

Published to one live channel, with a recorded session so your team can change the agent without us.

Questions

Before you book it.

Do I need to prepare content first?

No. Most teams arrive with a messy price list and a policy document, and that is exactly what the first week is for.

What if we have no API?

We start with a sheet as the source of truth, and you can move to a real integration later without rebuilding the agent.

How much of our time does it take?

Roughly three sessions plus reviewing the replay results. The heavy work is on our side, but the decisions are yours.

Book the setup, or do it yourself for free.

Both paths end in the same place. The service just gets you there in two weeks instead of two months.
