You can now search through text messages inside a conversation in Live Chat. This makes it easier to find specific messages without having to scroll through the entire conversation history.

Next to the search bar there is a dropdown filter called Sent by. This lets you narrow down the search to messages from a specific sender. The available options are:

• Default: Searches across both user and agent messages.
• User & Agent: Searches messages sent by both the user and the agent.
• User: Searches only messages sent by the user.
• Agent: Searches only messages sent by the agent.
• Bot: Searches only messages sent by the bot.
• Note: Searches only internal notes added during the conversation.

Note: Search covers messages from the last 6 months only. Messages older than 6 months will not appear in the search results.
