Why we started building this.
From building bots one client at a time to a platform
Most AI chatbot tools are built for English-first markets and treat Arabic as an afterthought — a translation layer bolted on later, not a language the product was designed around. At the same time, small and medium businesses across Iraq and the Gulf that wanted to automate sales and support had two bad options: hire an agency to build a custom bot at agency prices and agency timelines, or wrestle with tools that weren't built for their language, their customers, or their market.
NewAge AI exists to close that gap. We started by building bots for businesses directly — and that hands-on work taught us exactly what breaks in production, what a real Arabic conversation actually looks like, and what a business owner needs to see on day one to trust an AI agent with their customers. We're turning everything we learned building bots one client at a time into a platform any business can use themselves — while keeping implementation help available for businesses that want professional support.
