What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
Account details you provide, the content you upload as a knowledge base, the conversations that pass through connected channels, and technical logs needed to run and debug the service.
Why we collect it
To operate the service you asked for: routing messages, generating replies, storing contact fields, and showing your team the inbox. We do not sell personal data.
Your customers’ data belongs to you
You are the controller of the conversations in your workspace. You decide retention, who on your team can see them, and when they are deleted.
Model providers
Generating replies involves sending the relevant conversation and retrieved content to a model provider. Which providers are used is listed in the app and can change as models are updated.
Channel platforms
Messages also pass through the platform they arrive on — Meta, Telegram and others — under that platform’s own policies, which we do not control.
Your rights
You can export or delete your workspace data, and ask us what is stored about your account. Requests are handled through the contact page.
