Template Insights Empty or Not Available
Check if Insights is available in Meta Business Manager
Go to:
- Meta Business Manager
- Navigate to “Whatsapp Manager” → “Message Templates”
Look for:
- Analytics/Insights tab
If you dont see it, the feature is not yet enabled for your WABA
