NewAge Ai now allows its users to integrate with Hubspot, opening up a huge array of automations and workflows to set up.

The process to integrate as well as the actions supported are as under:

Login into your hubspot dashboard. Click the “more” button at the left toolbar menu and select “development”

From here, click on “keys” and then click “Service Keys”

Click on “Create service key” button to create a new API key

Here, enter the name of the Service key and then click on the “Add New Scope” button to add scopes

The required scopes are as follows:

Crm.objects.deals.read

Crm.objects.companies.write

Crm.objects.companies.read

Crm.objects.deals.write

Crm.objects.contacts.write

Crm.objects.contacts.read

Once the Service key is created, click on the copy button to copy it.

Now from your NewAge Ai workspace’s dashboard, click on the Integrations tab and search for Hubspot. Click on it and paste your API key. Then press Save

Once the connection validates, it means your integration is complete

This action allows you to create a new ticket. The subject of the tickets as well as pipeline and pipeline stage are required fields and can be selected using the three dots button
